We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States and to Singapore. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Enjoy free ground shipping (2-5 days) on orders over $99. For orders under $99, ground shipping is just $4.99 across all 50 states.

If you need your order sooner, express shipping (1-3 days) is available: $14.99 for orders under 2 lbs, $19.99 for 2-4 lbs, and $29.99 for anything over 4 lbs.

We currently ship to the USA and Singapore. If you’re outside these areas, just drop us a message—we’ll see what we can do to get our products to you.

We handle and ship orders Monday through Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or holidays. All products (except pre-orders) are shipped within 1-2 business days once your payment is processed.

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you can reach out to us to arrange an exchange or return for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it’s in brand-new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

However, for returns and exchanges, we ask you to take responsibility for the shipping costs to return the order to us. At this stage of our small business, we don’t yet have the economies of scale to cover these costs.

Once your return arrives back to us, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days. Please allow some additional time for your bank to update your account with the transaction.
